Guggal…

It is the name given to a yellowish resin produced by the stem of the plant mukul myrrh. This resin has been used historically and is also the source of modern extracts of guggal. It is effectively used in health concerns related to High tri-glycerides, Acne vulgaris, Atherosclerosis, High cholesterol, Osteoarthritis and Obesity.

Triphala…

It is a completely balanced energetic formula, being neither too cold, nor too hot. Triphala, as it is called, is the most popular Ayurvedic herbal formula of India, since it is an effective laxative, which also supports the body's strength. Triphala is also widely taken for all eye diseases including the treatment of conjunctivitis, progressive myopia, the early stages of glaucoma and cataracts.

The three fruits of Triphala (Amalaki, Bibitaki, Haritaki) each correspond to the 3 body types of Indian Ayurvedic medicine. Amalaki is the highest natural known source of vitamin C. Having 20 times the vitamin C content of an orange; Bibitaki is astringent, tonic, digestive and anti-spasmodic. Specifically Bibitaki purifies and balances excess mucus, treats asthma, bronchiole conditions, allergies and hiccoughs. Haritaki possesses laxative, astringent, lubricant, ant parasitic, alterative, antispasmodic and nerviness properties. It is therefore used to treat acute and chronic constipation, nervousness, anxiety and feelings of physical heaviness. When taken regularly over a long period, it gently effects the elimination and purification of Ama, or toxins from the tissues of the entire body.

Brahmi…

It traditionally used in Ayurveda as a brain and mind tonic. It has helped spiritual seekers for millennia to attain the wisdom that they sought. It is used to naturally revitalize nerve and brain cells, to increase mental capacities, memory, concentration, intelligence, mental endurance, and verbal articulation and to decrease senility, stress and stress related diseases.
